EPCC of a New Biogas Burner System and Ancillary Works for Pamol Kluang Palm Oil Mill

Project Details: 

IOI’s plantation operations produce a vast amount of biomass by-products such as pruned fronds, old palm trunks and treated palm oil mill effluent (POME). The by-products are treated and recycled back to the soil as natural fertilizers. The methane emission from this treatment of POME is a large contributor to the total operational emissions. This green house gas (GHG) will be utilized by IOI to run the mill’s burners. Thus, IOI intends to build a new biogas burner system to transport this GHG from bio-digester to the burner system.

The CLIENT, IOI Plantations Services Sdn. Bhd. has awarded the Ecoprasinos Engineering Sdn Bhd to perform Design, Supply, Delivery To Site, Install, Testing, Commissioning And Guarantee Of New Biogas Burner System And Ancillary Work.

Project Details:

Project Details: 

Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) operates the Pump Houses and Gate Stations throughout Malaysia. As to date, the DID still does not have a comprehensive and standardized performance study on the installed Pump House and Gate Station.

Without the technical standard established by DID, will lead to the frequent installation damage, installation mistakes and outperformance of the equipment’s. The government needs to spend high costs for operation, repair and maintenance as well as indirectly affect its functionality in an irrigation, drainage, water supply and flood mitigation system.

The contract that has been awarded to EcoPrasinos Engineering Sdn Bhd is for Zone 4 to identify and establish the performance study for the mechanical and electrical components.

Project Details: 

In January 2020, at KP265 the pipeline was parted due to landslide occurred and caused the operation of SSGP being stopped immediately. Among other repair works of SSGP, at KP265 is the major repair works needs to be performed before the pipeline can be back into operation that is targeted in July 2022. At KP265, the major activities are civil and geotechnical works and re-routing of the parted pipeline for a length of approximately 340 meters.

The Client has engaged EcoPrasinos Engineering Sdn Bhd (EPESB) to carry out detailed engineering design the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) of KP 265 Pipeline Reroute Project of Sabah Sarawak Gas Pipeline Project.

PCSB was undertaking the EVA-North Malay Basin Gas Delivery System (ENGDS) Project to evacuate Block B17 JDA sales gas from existing MDPP Processing Platform (MDPP) and North Malay Basin (NMB) treated gas from new Bergading Central Processing Platform (CPP).

EPESB was awarded by the client to design the pipeline route for gas pipeline from MDPP to GPP-A. The installation is call TGAST Phase-1 Bypass & GPP Tie-in scope which will be developed as part of EVA-NMB Delivery System Project.

EPCIC of New Crude Oil Export Pump (P380A/B) at TCOT

Project Details: 

The main objective of this project is to replace the current Crude Oil Export Pumps package (P-380 A&B) at TCOT to sustain the twenty-five reliability & integrity for the next twenty-five (25) years of operation due to obsolescence issue and new duty requirement (due to change in crude properties).

There will be two (2) new Crude Oil Export Pumps (P-380 C/D) which will replace both current export pumps (P-380 A/B). The operating philosophy will be as per existing where only one of the pumps is required to operate during each loading while the second pump will be standby (2 x 100%).

This upgrading scope of work is inclusive of the arrangement and transportation of new pump package to TCOT, installation of new package, installation and modification of all associated interconnected piping, accessories and other related items including pre-commissioning, commissioning and performance test.
