Job Purpose

Serve as Experience Admin and Finance executive. Day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

Main Activities :

• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledge
• Monitor cash reserves and investments
  
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  
• Establish and maintain supplier accounts
• Processes supplier invoices
• Maintain the purchase order system
  
• Ensure data is entered into the system
• Ensure security for all credit cards and verify charges
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized
• Accounting system
  
• Prepare income statements
• Prepare balance sheets
• Enter payroll information into the computerized accounting system
• Update leave and lieu time
• Issue Records of Employment
• Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
• Monitor and order office supplies
• Maintain a filing system for all financial documents
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files
• Maintain insurance coverage
• Maintaining and renewing all the relevant license and other related activities Maintain booking registers

Job Purpose

Serve as Experience Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineer on assigned project areas. Responsible work related to Detailed Engineering design, front end Engineering Design or Basic Engineering Design. Assist Lead Electrical Engineer and team member to achieve work quality, cost optimization and schedule on all engineering activities. Work and interface with other disciplines as required for successful technical and economic completion of projects.

Main Activities :

• Provides BED / FEED / Detailed project engineering design.
• Review of feasibility studies from FEED design to ensure safe and reliable system.
• Sets standards for project specifications and contractor’s activities for Civil / Mechanical / Electrical.
• Verifies design integrity of work carried out by FEED Engineering contractor to ensure that the proposed solutions are technically sound and meet operability & maintainability requirements.
• Participates in the development engineering specifications
• Participates in the development startup and commissioning
• Interface with operation and maintenance teams to ensure design is acceptable.
• Participate in HAZOP/HAZID and provide input to ensure system supports all process systems

Qualification

• Good first Degree (Upper Second Class) in Engineering.
• Post-graduate qualification in a related discipline is desirable, although not a pre-requisite.

Required Experienced/Knowledge

• Minimum 5 to 6 years track record in the engineering design
• Knowledge οf BS, API, ISO, SIRIM, TNB, MASMA standard
• Working knowledge οf engineering software ETAP/BENTLEY/ STAAD PRO/ PROKON/ FEMAP, Proficiency in modelling and analysis fοr industrial and distribution power systems
• Experience working with design engineering contractor for Tebatan Banjir, DAM design, Reservoir, Kolam Takungan, design weir and barrage

Computer/Other skills

• High computer literacy with MS Office, MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in using ETAP/BENTLEY/ STAAD PRO/ PROKON/ FEMAP specialist software and fully understand the limitations of such software and the ability to overcome these limitations.
